Enlargement of the endurance limit of vegetables and herbs. Succesful practise examinations were accomplished with e.g. brown and white mushrooms, green and red pepper.

Properties
Neutral washing additive and purifier for cleaning foodstuffs. IMUNELL® Bio BAC can be dissolved in cold water very easy. A reduction of over 40% of the surface tension is realized by adding only 0.01% to the wash water.Microorganisms and dirt will be removed easily by addition of IMUNELL® Bio BAC to the washings.
